Meet Annabel
Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)
Annabel is a Brisbane-based Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Master of Dietetic Practice from La Trobe University, a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Studies from James Cook University, and specialised IBS training through Monash University's Low FODMAP program.
She specialises in gut health, including IBS, crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, coeliac disease and food intolerances, alongside women's hormonal health through perimenopause and menopause. Annabel also supports clients managing diabetes and metabolic health, including nutrition support for those on GLP-1 medications. Her approach is evidence-based and non-restrictive, helping clients build sustainable eating habits that support their symptoms and long-term wellbeing, rather than short-term fixes or elimination diets.
Annabel accepts all referral types, including GP Chronic Condition Management Plans, Eating Disorder Plans, private health insurance, DVA (bulk-billed, including home visits), and NDIS (plan-managed and self-managed). No referral is required to book directly.
